The conditions under which the platform, the time of our team and the hosting are provided.
What is provided

The platform
A subscription to the AIA Studio platform, which designs, builds, tests, secures and runs the applications an organisation describes, feature by feature.

The team's time
Help to start, support beyond the advisor, work done in your place and development done by hand are paid in team credits: one credit is one minute of the team's time.

The hosting
A service on top of the subscription, never taken without it, since the platform puts the application into production; committed for twelve months, it runs the application and its database on a server kept patched, backed up every night and reachable.
How the relationship begins, lasts and ends

It begins with an order, placed in writing or online, and takes effect on the date that order states.

Without hosting, a subscription is agreed by the month and renewed every month. With hosting, the subscription and the hosting are agreed for twelve months from that date, then renewed for successive twelve-month periods.

Either party may end it by written notice: one month without hosting; two months before a renewal date with hosting.
The client keeps the code of its applications, and takes it with it whenever it asks.
What the client owes on its side
The client names one person who answers for its account, describes each need in good faith, and uses the applications within the law.
The client pays its subscription monthly and in advance, by the means of payment agreed at subscription, and remains responsible for its own client data and for the accounts it gives out.
The client tells AIA Studio without delay of anything that threatens the service or the data, and keeps its own copies of what it cannot afford to lose.
